Lunch is listed as lunch and re-energize. That means I can also exercise or take a nap during that time.
If something doesn’t fit in the schedule or takes longer than the time allowed I have flexible time that I can use.
When I know I only have an hour to get something done. It gets done. When I take as long as I want on something it takes longer.
I get a limited time for coaching in meetings. So I better make it worth it.
There’s always a lot for me to learn and study and implement. It’s on the schedule.

Personal time, family time and church are also in the schedule.
There are two times on my schedule to do clearing. Which means I take things off my to do list by getting them done. Or I just decide not to do them. I can also clean my physical space such as my office my desk my house. Or I can even clear my emotional space and decide to not give something energy.

Every three months I rewrite the schedule. To keep a variety that I need. And I stick with it for three months so that I get the benefit of consistency.
This enables me to be in the moment with the activity that I am doing. Instead of thinking there something else I should be doing I know that something else is planned for later. If I don’t get something done right now, I know that there is time in the future scheduled to finish it.
